Good location, nice room but horrible shower

This hotel is conveniently located close to city center and the room are nice. Breakfast is excellent even if the room is a bit noisy. However, I think there is a big issue with the plumbing, except if you like your shower alternatively super hot and super cold within few seconds...

One of the hosts at the Steirer restaurant was unfriendly, but everyone else was very nice. One host was great and helped me with a disgustingly rude Italian woman who tried to jump in front of me while in line. The breakfast was fine. The rooms were roomy and clean. The front desk staff were friendly as well. They didn't set up as thoroughly as they should for lectures though.

A nice enough hotel in a good location. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room or complementary water, I haven’t seen this in many years. Upon checkout I was told that if I didn’t book directly then I wouldn’t get discounted car parking! I won’t be staying there again.
