We loved this hotel - it was close to everything - shops, dining, places of interests etc. Reception staff were lovely, friendly, polite and efficient. The hotel was clean and amenities and bed were comfortable. The gym was great. Parking was next door at a reasonable rate. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Graz.

This hotel is very close to many historical sites in this medieval city. The clock tower is at the near-top of the city. You can walk up an easy road or take the stairs from another entrance. The hotel is near the university and it is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, bars, high-end shops, and just over the river is a farmer’s market. The hotel is comfortable and modern, the breakfast is amazing. It is a wonderful place to stay for anyone who wants to learn and enjoy this amazing city. Check out the knights in the armory to throw you back into the Middle Ages.

Fantastic location, all tourist locations are with 10/15 mins walk. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Clean rooms. No bar or evening restaurant is the only let down, but no huge problems as everything you need is on its doorstep

the parking garage just near the hotel but can't drive car to the front door of the hotel, should notice guest about this issue (I looked around 2 times finally park the car nearby and walked to the hotel to check in), beside this, everything was good.

I have stayed at NH properties before and have come to trust this brand. I was excited to stay at this hotel, although it was considerably more money than a hotel I stayed in Graz (located across town). The hotel did not leave a favorable impression. For example, I was given a room across from the elevators--and all night (for a week) heard the clattering of guests outside my door. Cleaning staff also positioned the clearing of bottles and plates/glasses outside my door too. A lot of noise for one guest to handle! The cleaning staff seemed exhausted--as my floors were rarely swept during my stay. One day, I found an old bandaid outside my door.
