"Great introduction to London. Our room was spacious, air conditioning was excellent. It’s the kind of hotel where, if you wanted to relax in your room for a few hours, you could really stretch out. Like a neighborhood bed and breakfast but with a full bar and restaurant."

"Staff was responsive especially the lady running the breakfast in the morning.
Rooms need some deferred maintenance addressed but the room rate reflects that.
The location is really good.
Overall I'd book this joint again if I had to hit a budget in the Portman Square area."
