"Great place and a Lovely room!! But the check in felt a little weird/very rushed. The manager showed us the apartment and explained everything in like 1 minute. It was alot to take in and remember and he talked very fast so I had to ask again several times... It felt like he was in a hurry and that in turn made us feel unwelcome. Very weird customer service. But the place was lovely in a great quiet place with gorgeous surroundings."

"It's very quiet, very calm and very well appointed. I had a luxurious chalet with a mini kitchen and fast internet. Do bring food with you as there's not a restaurant at the hotel and you'll have to go back into Carnarvon to eat otherwise - where options are limited.
