"Spent a lovely weekend in Philly with this as our home base. Very convenient location to the historic area. We typically stay in center city and found old city to be quieter and more our speed. If you want easier access to more shopping and restaurants I recommend center city (nearer to broad street). If you want a quieter, more residential, scenic area, then old city is better and this is a great lodging option. It was clean, the rooms were a decent size and the staff were very friendly. There is also convenient parking adjacent to the hotel (for a fee). It is 1.5 blocks from Independence park. There are numerous places to eat nearby."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful! I had asked for clean towels before going out and not only did I get clean towels but the bed was made and the room straightened up. Also, the hotel is very clean and walkable to restaurants!"

"The room was clean. I ordered more towels delivered right away. I ordered blankets and they were delivered right away too. Didn't need anything else but was glad to have coffee maker, microwave and fridge. We did have to raise the temp on the fridge for our water and sodas. Could have used more lighting."

"A very convenient location, and I found all the staff at this location to be very friendly and helpful. We came in very late to our hotel room and the person at the front desk was so nice to us, gave us a late check out, and even brought our luggage up. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in Philly."
