It was relaxing and intimate where we actually felt so at home. Swimming pool and games room and an excellent view of the sea. "

"Our stay at Hostal Balcones Murella was excellent the location is really central Old town only 5 blocks from Old square. The hotel is quirky we loved it. We stayed on bed and breakfast basis the breakfast was delicious as were the mojitos. The staff and owners could went out of their way to make our stay a fantastic experience. The cleanliness at the hotel was also to a high standard we will definitely head there again if we get another chance to go to Havana "

Blue paloma is truly a little hidden gem, just minutes to the local town where you get to immerse yourself in the local culture, beach is also only a 5 minute walk which is an awesome bonus! Would highly recommend renting a little scooter to get around makes for a quick and efficient way to get from town to town. Blue paloma was clean, comfortable, relaxing, quiet all the things...

"Outstanding value. Be aware that this property is located in the heart of the decay in Havana, and a general, in Cuba. There's garbage on the street, dog poop all over the place, the smell of urine at every corner, it's like a war zone with a mix of smiling , sad,and neutral, local faces walking around"

"We had a great stay at the Pink Hibiscus Villa. The hosts were super friendly, and helpful. It was so nice that they were concerned with us driving a rental and were always happy to see us back safely in the evening. Breakfast and dinner were awesome. We had room #1 with a super comfy king sized bed, good A/C and a TV with YouTube, Netflix, etc. (which we never used because - hey - why watching movies when you are in Jamaica!). Recommend this place."

"Here's the deal with this hotel-- the owner is running it on his own, and clearly working hard to do so. He really went out of his way to help us out in a pinch. We ended up booking this space last minute when our flight out of Jamaica was cancelled and we needed a place to stay in Montego Bay for the night. This lodging is near the airport. When we arrived, the owner was scrambling a bit to make sure things were set up-- i.e., the room needed toilet paper and bottles of water, which he went...

"The owners were really welcoming, really well decorated, extremely clean. Staff extremely nice. AC and WIFI available and possibility to have breakfast on site. No food in walking distance. Super quiet area. I recommend to anybody who wants a quiet place to return to at night."
