"Booked 1 bedroom for 1 night based on the pictures and the reviews. Staff was basically one person. He was leaving at 4 pm when I arrived. He showed me to my room which was nothing like the pictures.
The room I booked on the app looked clean simple with a modern vibe. The room I walked into looked like it was put together by a items found near the dumpster: the red carpet was full of lint and specks of dirt. The two towels left in the bed were so dirty with yellow brown spots and black spots. The cover was red with orangeish bleach stains.
When I decided to see what the mattress looked like under the covers I found it was so dirty it became black. I was scared to sleep on that mattress.
The room was somehow connected to another one, which was fine with me as it was noted in the advertisement, but I didn’t expect it to be a glass window covered with wrapping paper that has hearts on it.
In addition to that the vent facing the bed was uncovered. I felt so uncomfortable I reported the issues to the person on site: not room I booked and unhygienic. Then I walked out so they can solve this. Their solution was to change the towels.
I never came back and I never will come back. I was scammed. "
