"The room itself was nice, clean, and very spacious, which made for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the bathroom had a significant issue that negatively impacted the experience. There were leaks from both the shower area and around the shower head near the toilet, causing water to spread across much of the bathroom floor after every shower. It became inconvenient having to step through standing water, often leaving my feet and socks wet.
To help manage the issue, I requested a few additional towels to keep the floor as dry as possible. My request was denied, and I was told I could only have the three towels already provided. I wasn’t asking for extra towels out of convenience—I was simply trying to deal with a maintenance problem that should not have existed in the first place.
The room had a lot of potential, but the bathroom leak and the lack of flexibility in addressing the issue took away from what otherwise could have been a very pleasant stay"
