"There were hardly any staff, and my keycard wouldn't work meaning I was locked out of my room on the 2nd night. I had to sleep in reception and got access from the cleaner on the 3rd day. I then checked out of the hotel on the 3rd day although admittedly I was refunded €50 which was good"
