"Firstly, Albina at reception was exceptional. Super friendly, always happy to help, and all her suggestions were 10/10. Don’t know what we’d have done without her input. The hotel is great, all the staff are lovely, pool is clean and the bar is great vibes. Only reason this isn’t a 5 star review is because; 1) we had ants crawling in our bed, harmless but tickley, 2) there’s no dinner at the pool-bar, so essentially there’s no vibe in the evening. We were disappointed in our room as it was advertised for two people but clearly could only fit one.
