"What an amazing stay. I checked in and by surprise I got an upgrade. I stayed in room 118 with a pool and ocean view. The staff, the food, the amenities were top notch. All staff were extremely helpful and I have nothing but positive things to say. Thank you thank you thank you. The resort is absolutely gorgeous."

"The breakfast was phenomenal! This is what made this hotel a 5 star hotel. The facilities and surroundings were also beautiful and very clean. Amazing views and great location---walking distance to all the tourist areas and restaurants. The spa was beautiful as well.

"I was nervous about this resort reading prior reviews.
We were upgraded on check in to a sea view room, it was beautiful. The front desk staff were all very helpful and answered all my questions. Our check out was later on in the evening and the hotel gave us towels and a place to store our bags so we could enjoy another beach day. They also have a shower stall near the lobby. We used the loungers next door at yialo yialo for 30 euro each front row, 25 euro each for second row and back. Hotel...
