"Everything was bad from the beginning. Th room tv didnt work, the a/c wasnt working, and there was roaches. I advised the lady at the front desk so she moved to me to the room exactly above the room and when i got to the room and moved everything i traveled with there was somebody already in the room. So i went back to the office and she claims she put me in a different room than she actully said!"
