"Do Not Stay Here: Bugs, Filth, and Hostile Staff
Avoid this hotel at all costs. We had to cut our stay short and flee this property due to systemic hygiene and pest issues.
Our first room was heavily soiled with hair on the floor. When moved to a second room, we found leftover food scraps and a greasy hairdryer. The building has an active pest problem—we saw bugs crawling in the public elevator and woke up to a live cockroach in our room while packing our bags.

"Impeccable service - the staff who checked me in actually helped me with my luggage, took me to the room and showed me all the buttons and ways around the room. If you've travelled often enough to Australia, you know this is above and beyond service.
The interior and aesthetics are 10/10 - no notes.
