"I went on a family trip for a week and got the deluxe studio. It had 4 beds and lots of space. It has no parking, so be prepared to pay for parking across the street if you take a car. This is also a hostel so if you don’t need a full room you can get a bed. The staff that helped me was great. I recommend."

"There's parking in the garage beneath the property that's easy to access. The sky lounge on the roof has great views, especially at night. There are comfortable lounge spaces throughout the hotel. The downtown area is easy to walk, bike, or grab a rideshare and not far from many sights."

"Nice location in the embassy district 1/2 hour walk to monuments. Hotel is well equiped and kept clean and pleasant even if a little dated. Restaurant offers breakfast and dinner for extra pay, at a reasonable price. In all reasonable priced choice for 2-3 days trip to Washington. Please reserve free visit slots time ahead at monuments, especially the Washinton monument."

"We had a fabulous time on July 4th weekend staying at the Eaton DC. We had a quick drink at the speakeasy which was themed. The entire hotel had an inviting boutique vibe. It was also close walking distance to the white house, national mall and a bunch of local coffee shops and restaurants."
