"Guadalupe makes the breakfast and it is delicious. You can tell it is made with great love and care. All the staff are very kind and the best of the best. The lower rating part is the hotel itself. A bit older and run down, rooms that need redoing compared to other hamptons, and apparently people have their cars broke in to there from time to time. Mine was not, though it’s harder to sleep at night when other reviews say they had stuff stolen. Police apparently patrol that area more often now. Overall okay stay- staff and food were amazing (all the staff deserve a raise especially Guadalupe) but facility itself is older"

"Stayed here for business and really enjoyed it. Cute pool and hot tub. Great breakfast set up in the morning. Hot coffee at the buffet. One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at. Kids next door were loud at 10pm. I called the front desk and they got them to quiet down immediately. Stay here!"

"None of the above. The rooms were not very clean especially the bathroom floor The coffee maker in the room was broken. Their bathroom things in the bathroom to shower were very sparse and we had to tell them to clean our rooms. Free breakfast was very sparse and the times were very early and couldn’t get anything after nine.6-9am There was nothing special about the stay ."

"The television in the sitting room did not work, and despite numerous requests to front desk it remained inoperable for the two nights we were there. Housekeeping did not come and whan they were in the unit next door I inquired if they were going to do my unit and was told no. It was later in the afternoon, probably 4:30, BUT they had not come earlier The toilet did not function properly and there was no one in maintenance when the problem was discovered. The front desk man, Pablo, offered to try to break away and come look at it but the man was already dealing with a lot. He did find a plunger that allowed the water to drain from the bowl but the seal was leaking and the toilet ran continous. Numerous times I had to stick arm into toilet to get it to seal. Several previous trips things were ok at this location BUT the recent trip seemed to be filled with people that did not care with the exception of Pablo who apologized numerous times."

"Parking was easy. Breakfast featured a hot item. Had a travel trailer and had space to park."

"Parking was easy and close to the room. The room was clean enough. The ac didnt have a working low setting so we had to keep it on high all night. The tub didn’t drain well so my feet were in standing water the whole time. It was a pit stop. It met our needs. I’d do it again."

"My only complaint was I had to ask for a cup and the coffee maker instead of it being in the room already. Otherwise, it was a great stay."
