"The waterpark itself was clean, and wasn't crowded when we were there (5/2/26) and quite managable compared to some larger competition (Kalahari). Both days we were there the hot tub was FREEZING, really uncomfortably cold.
The hotel was fine, there was enough to eat and drink in a pinch but I would highly recommend dining off-site. The variety was lacking, but the staffing was problematic. Service was painfully slow, and I waited 25 minutes in line for a plain black cup of coffee because there was one person on the register and one making drinks. Unacceptable on a Sunday morning.
The rooms definitely needed updating, the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, and I had to request a coffee maker for the room which is a basic staple.
I paid $289 through Expedia for the least expensive double queen room. I will not be returning."
