"The air conditioning was not strong enough in our room and both of us woke up every morning sweating. It was at its highest setting, but never made the room cool. Other than that it was a pleasant stay."

"The clock in my room didn't work. It was right only twice a day. I called twice to get a new one, was promised one, but never got one. Finally I flagged down a house keeper who got me one in minutes. No room service - ALWAYS a bummer No coffee machine in room - that - like no room service - means I have to interrupt my own leisure and comfort to go to the lobby to get simple conveniences hotels simply to refuse to provide any more. And as for outside food delivery? Again, security elevators mean I have to go down to the lobby to meet them. I look forward to the day hotels decide to bring back Customer Comfort and Convenience, and provide workarounds for making their facilities feel more like motels than 4 star hotels. Scratch that - motels have coffee machines and outside food delivery available for guests."
