The hotel is fine, but Hilton's refusal to Honor their rewards through 2nd party booked rooms is a crap policy. The prices of food at the hotel are also exorbitant, so plan on eating elsewhere.

They charged me $6 for parking overnight (I mean, what!?). I get better water pressure out of milking almonds than the shower at this hotel. Then, breakfast was $15, self service, very limited offer and they asked for a tip (again, what!?). Next time I visit Greenville, I will look at other options.

Excellent hotel with reduced prices! Close to the Greenville-Spartanburg Airport (10-ish minute drive) and very convenient to a number of restaurants in the area. Staff was exceptional overall!!! Would be very pleased to stay again!

Clean, quiet - all as you’d expect from the property. No complaints except it came up as being in downtown Greenville and it is not. While it’s only a short drive in, you can’t walk to downtown. Just fyi - check the address on a map.

The staff was very rude and refused to give me a Standard King which is what I specifically ordered. In stead they gave me a handicapped room because they said I ordered through a third party and that is the only standard King they allow for third parties.

Went to turn on shower and water shot out from around the top part of shower head water went right in my eye and all over the floor as I hadn’t even got in tub yet. Then next morning went to close bathroom door the knob came off and hit the floor. Also the fact that breakfast is and additional $15 for buffet is ridiculous. Already pay enough for the room.

The pillows were way too soft. If you need any support from a pillow bring your own! We ended up having to go buy pillows, otherwise I would never have slept. And, there was very little water pressure in the shower. Did not make for a relaxing or therapeutic experience after a long day out exploring the city. The location was good and the one time we went to the bar, we had a good time!
