"The bare minimum of renting a hotel is having somewhere to sleep through the night. While we were here, the fire alarm went off 3 times in 12 hours over the night (once at around 3-5am). You can constantly hear every door being opened and closed, as well as foot steps in the room above you. The first thing I noticed when I walked into the room was the strong odor of stale cigarettes. Mind you, I was staying in a non smoking room. I am giving a 2 star rating as the staff was very pleasant and agreeable, and I felt very welcome by Keisha at the front desk. The room was also very clean and visually appealing on arrival. If it were just a rating for staff, this place would have 5 stars. "
