"What a wholesome, lovely stay. Steve and George we absolutely amazing from start to finish - extremely friendly, funny and helpful. The property was absolutely spotless, room was lovely and the food was incredible (would recommend the lamb shank - delicious!) "The cottage was adorable, well equipped and in a beautiful rural setting. The host was wonderfully helpful and friendly."

"It felt like a property that had been reopened after being closed for years. No attention to detail. No tv in bedroom. Vastly overpriced for what it is and provides."

"It's ideally placed to search the local area, Pet friendly. Easy to find using Google street view maps Directions provided for Milford Road, entrance excellent."

"No one in shop or office to report issues to, I txt the owner on Friday morning & they didn’t even open it until after we left on Saturday morning. No bathroom lights working, no outside light by hot tub and no covering over it to protect from weather/trees, so it was not used. No heating for night time so the hut was really cold, it was a good job I took extra bedding. "

"It was a pity that the property that was described as at Welshpool. it was not and there was no bus service. The cost of a taxi was prohibitive. The Hotel in Welshpool refused my debit card by processing it incorrectly. I spent the night in a shed of an abandoned house. Enjoyed the breakfast at the Greggs in Welshpool the next morning."

"The hut looked really shabby from the outside but, thankfully, it was better inside. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped but there were no towels or tea-towels, dishcloths etc. and no tea, coffee etc. The bed linen wasn’t great, with stains and burn marks on the duvet cover. The mattress was stained. As a one night stop-over on a bike ride it was OK, just."
