"Excellent parking Staff was friendly. We had about five rooms we all were close enough to spend time together. We had traveled many miles to bury a family member. We all enjoyed our stay and rested well. We will recommend this hotel to others visiting this area."

"Room was dirty, had a McDonald’s bag with half eaten food next to the sofa. Had popcorn on the pull out sofa mattress. Had only two towels. The bed was extra extra hard. The pillows were small and uncomfortable. Would never stay again."

"This property was supposed to be near the interstate. It wound up being one hour off the interstate in the opposite direction. When we arrived, it was basically empty. The rooms had been renovated, but there was no closet or anywhere to hang our clothes. There was only enough towels for one person. The water was 25 minutes to get hot. The only thing the breakfast had was coffee and was supposed to be hot breakfast included. The only thing good about this property was the beds were comfortable."

"I had an excellent extended stay at the Holiday Inn Greenwood. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job as well—my room was consistently clean and well-maintained throughout my stay.
One of the highlights each day was breakfast. It was always hot, fresh, and well-stocked, which made mornings easy and enjoyable.
I stayed for over a month, and the team truly went above and beyond to accommodate all of my requests and needs. Their level of service made a long-term stay comfortable and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Greenwood area, especially for extended stays."
