"The room had good space and was clean and staff were friendly. We were there for four days and housekeeping never came in. Online it says they will come every other day but it turns out you have to request it. It would get a better grade if they at least checked the trash and towels. We did enjoy our stay."

"Horrible experience got there at 11am crashed they had put us in a room with drywall repair need on the ceiling in two spots and had some mildew and water stains still from when it’s leaked. And in the morning I tried using the restroom and the toilet seat is stained and peeling off and brown. I couldn’t sit on it for anything went downstairs and had no manager or maintenance staff to talk to. Desk person said manager will reach out to me sometime today. "Our stay was fine. However, we were not told in advance that its a $50.00 fee for our dog to spend the night. When I read a brief review of hotel it said it was pet friendly."

"We were there for 7 days, could not get room service once!! Made special request on day 3 and 5. Still no room service. We had to chase down towels twice, kleenex on day 4, soap and TP ON the 6th day. Front desk told us they were having problems with the help and we could get some benefit points. Told them we just need to have a service!!"

"Breakfast was fresh with variety of choices. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. No loud noises or distractions everyone respectable of sleep hours. The overall property is surrounded by different amenities, restaurants and stores. Hotel is in a very great location."

"We were not able to get 2 rooms on the same floor and had to wait a half hour for our rooms even though we checked in shortly after 3pm. Rooms were okay and pretty clean. The common areas were awful. Stacks of boxes blocking the hallways, bags of trash left in the hallways. Tables not wiped off in the breakfast area. Staff were polite but definitely had their dirt blinders on."

"We stayed 5 nights and asked multiple times to get our room cleaned, which it never did. The front desk was happy to give more towels, pillows and blankets. The tv went in and out as it pleased and the tub/shower barely drained. Our concerns continued to go unaddressed."

"For the price you can't beat this recently remodeled Red Roof. Great location close to M-59. Very quite night and day. Pet friendly and the grounds are cleaner than most expensive hotels. Staff is absolutely amazing."
