"Good value for money but very sad: this place was once a very clever concept in a great location, but presumably the current owners are just letting it drift until it can be torn down so the new apartment complex next door can expand. Peeling paint, loose nails, shrubbery overgrown with thistle and maple saplings, absolutely minimal breakfast (plenty of nice options nearby). If you can ignore all that world-class downer stuff, otherwise okay: spacious, safe, and sanitary. And who knows, you...
