"Stayed for one night and overall it was great for the price! There was a good amount of damage to the walls, door and bed frame. A few bugs in the bathroom, but the welcome binder with quick food options was nice and the beds sheets were clean! Husband showered and said the water pressure wasn’t great. Ac worked great. Was very noisy outside and could hear everything very clearly. Idk if I wouldn’t stay here again for a quick trip to Memphis but any longer and idk."

"Our room was very comfortable. It was nice and clean. The nightstands have built in electrical outlets for charging your phone overnight. The TV was larger than most hotels and was mounted on the wall, giving more space on the dresser, which was a nice touch. There was a refrigerator and a microwave in the room, as well. We will definitely stay again on our next time traveling through West Memphis."

"Upon check-in Mike was very helpful and he and his wife went above and beyond. Hotel was very clean, vinyl floors, great bed and pillows, covered pool (towels provided) open to outdoor seating area with bbq and firepit, big hot and cold selections for breakfast that were kept replenished, individual cup ground bean coffee, tea selection, still and sparkling water dispenser, snack shop, clean laundry facilities, ample parking and easy access to Memphis, fridge in room but no freezer, big shower, quiet air con, no tips asked for. No microwave in room but one available in lobby breakfast area downstairs. Ice machine. Only con we found was no peanut butter. 100% recommend."
