Fantastisk sted å bo. Veldig autentisk med masse sjel og god atmosfære. Veldig god frokost med kvalitetsprodukter. 2 negative ting. Tv’en virket ikke og stygge ledninger hang og slang. Brennende stearinlys på frokostbuffet burde bli byttet ut med batteri lys da det er såpass brannfarlig og da særlig i dette bevaringsverdige bygget og område.

Sjarmerende sted!
Utrolig sjarmerende sted, artige rom og god frokost. Veldig lytt og litt dumt at naborommet kunne gå forbi på utsiden (vi delte veranda), men absolutt et hyggelig og godt alternativ i Grimstad!

Trivelig B&B midt i Grimstad
Veldig koselig lite hotell/B&B midt i Grimstad sentrum. Mye gamle møbler og skjevt og skakt overalt. Hotellet har definitivt sjel. Vi fikk et stort familierom helt øverst, med kjøkkenfasiliteter og stue. Kan vel defineres som en leilighet. Bratt trapp for å komme seg opp dit. Litt knot med parkering også, men ikke noe stort problem. Trivelig personale, god service og god frokost.

Tidsriktig og hjemmekoselig
Veldig hyggelig overnattingssted. Hjemmekoselig og gammel standard (les: tidsriktig for trehusbebyggelsen) og badet var fint og nytt. Rent og ryddig, med gode fasiliteter som vannkoker, glass, tv og komfortabel seng. Litt knapt med varmtvann for enkelte. Veldig hyggelig en-til-en service ved innsjekk da det ikke er en resepsjon.
Anbefales for et koselig opphold i fin trehusbebyggelse på sørlandskysten. 5/5.

Startet med at vi hadde fått feil rom, men det ble løst på en smidig måte. Det meste er i gammel stil, men sengene av nyere dato og gode.
Frokosten var bra, men kunne tenkt meg varme egg og bacon. ( de var kalde). Ellers en hyggelig bevertning. Vi var enige om det var et bra opphold. ( Vi er fire menn i 60 årene )

Helt ok dersom man må sove i Grimstad.
Jeg tror det handlet om forventning, og at det var derfor jeg fikk et forholdsvis negativt førsteinntrykk. Badet var svært lite, det er ganske lytt mellom rommene og etasjene, og det er (som forventet) gammelt og ganske mørkt. Frokosten var god, sengen var god, og da jeg ble vant til det (særlig lydene om natten) gikk det greit. Helt ok opphold, selv om det ble litt lite søvn.

Vi stortrivdes på detta originella B&B!
En annorlunda men väldigt häftig upplevelse! Vi stannade en natt på Ibsen och bodde i deras dubbelrum. Vid första anblick ser det lite spöklikt ut men väl inne tyckte vi mycket om detta boende! Gammal och originell inredning men samtidigt med de bekvämligheter man vill ha. Sköna sängar, varmt på rummet och frukosten var supergod!! Man får sköta sig själv men kunde kontakta ägaren på telefonen. Vi är väldigt nöjda 😊

Muligheter om service blir bedre
Hyggelig hotell med store muligheter, men dårlig service og kaldt rom ødela. Rommet var iskaldt da vi kom, og badet enda kaldere. Dette gjorde oppholdet lite komfortabelt. I tillegg var frokosten laget klar allerede i forkant på et brett i et kjøleskap. Det var forsåvidt OK, og fyldig frokost innhold, men det manglet både tallerkner og bestikk. I tillegg var det ikke te på rommet kun kaffe og en mengde sukker. Innehaver viste seg ikke, men sendte en sms der hun krevde 125,- for parkering i tillegg til det som var avtalt mee Hotels.com. Ikke bra

Fantastisk atmosfære i 200 år gammelt hus der rom, fellesarealer og restaurant er beholt i den gamle stilen. Svært behagelig seng, og godt og varmt på rommet. Frokosten var individuell der vi fikk servert et innholdsrikt langfat med deilig frokost. Hele oppholdet var over all forventning, og anbefales.
