"Amazing, modern hotel within walking distance of Gotemba Premium Outlets! Plus, you can enjoy incredible views of Mt. Fuji if you’re lucky enough to catch a clear day."

"Great size rooms with clean spacious bathrooms. Breakfast was expensive and mediocre. Western breakfast had small serving sizes and limited variety which was not worth the cost."

"It is a very pleasant stay if you can manage the self Check in, I'm ok with the self check in process, but saw people have some difficulty on that. Overall the cleanness, Car parking, the area itself is great, highly recommend, it is a cozy and comfortable experience. But the hotel entrance is sometimes hard to find."

"Staff was amazing, room was very clean and the hotel is in a great spot for visiting Mt. Fuji"

"Very lovely property with clean and well maintained rooms. We had a great stay!"

"Good stay for the price. Room is quite dated but clean and adequate. Staff is great, as usual for Japan. Would stay again if we need to visit this area. "

"Overall, the stay was pleasant. The onsen was very clean, the room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful! We tried the dinner buffet, the environment and service was great, the food was OK but not impressive for the price. We really enjoyed our stay."

"The hotel is super close to convenient spots, such as the lake and the bus stop. It also offers a traditional experience as the rooms are decorated in a traditional fashion."

"This is a relatively brand new hotel. So everything is very nice. Breakfast buffet is offered for a price, and dinner is free. There is an on-site hot bath as well. It's about 15-20 minutes both to Gotemba Eki as well as Fuji Speedway by taxi. Would definitely stay again for any Fuji Speedway event."

"Excellent location and views"

"Property layout was exactly as listed. Nice little place that has a tiny home living feel with a good amount of amenities attached. Good amount of space. Nice and quiet. Great restaurants in the area as well."

"Worth the trip there for the amenities but food is also good near by."

"The staff were very kind, helpful, and accommodating. They even called a taxi for us since we didn't have a Japan number."

"It was excellent. I will refer friends here. "

"A fairly remote location, perfect for exploring Yamanaka with great nearby views of Mount Fuji. Excellent price for the quality of amenities. The check in/out process were well optimized for the autonomous travellers, and the interactions I did have with staff were cordial and friendly."

"清潔でスタッフも親切 ペットにも優しく、床も、滑らない加工がされていて安心。 ペットのアメニティも、オムツや散歩時のうんち袋などまで準備されていて、助かりました。又利用したいです"

"My room was very clean and comfortable . The staff were very friendly and helpful . The air conditioning was great and the free alcohol was a bonus"
