Amazing place! Why would you ever go to another resort. We are not resort people because sitting on the beach is not our thing. This was our second time to Body Holiday because the food, service, activities and amenities are all excellent and not to even mention the daily included spa services. It was worth every penny.

Such a fun, hip hotel with nonstop energy and activities! There’s always something going on—from sports to social events—so it never feels dull. The daily spa treatments were absolutely amazing and a perfect way to unwind in between all the action. The beach was stunning, with beautiful views and a relaxing vibe. The food was outstanding. Everything was delicious, fresh, and still managed to be healthy, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I’d come back to!

The room was basic but contained everything I needed. I had a garden view on the top floor which was lovely. The air con worked fine and so I kept windows closed which had the added benefit of keeping mosquitoes / bugs out. Having my pot of tea and biscuits in the room each night was a nice touch. Besides the room, the property was gorgeous. Very well laid out and plenty of activities. The only times spent in the room were to shower, get changed, and sleep. It really is a lovely, friendly resort and would recommend it to anyone, particularly solo travellers.

This is definitely an upscale resort. Everything is top notch. There are more activities available than you could possibly do in one day. The food and drinks are excellent. It is expensive but you also get a lot for your money. There are some extras that you can purchase but almost everything you could possibly want is included.
