"Access was a little difficult if you dont speak the language or dont have a carrier/signal there. I was only able to get access through friend who spoke the language and we demonstrated that not one of our phones could get access unfortunately. After communicating they were considerate enough to leave me a key."

"Our stay was very disappointing and quite different from what was described in the listing. Several amenities that were advertised were either unavailable or misleading. For example, the listing mentioned laundry facilities, but none were accessible during our stay.
Communication was also a major issue. We attempted to contact the host multiple times regarding concerns during the stay, but received little to no response.

"We absolutely loved everything about this apartment. The location is extremely convenient and the city views from inside the apartment (especially the view of the church) was beautiful. A lot of space for our family to stretch out , we traveled with two teenage girls and it was nice for them to each have their own bedroom. The rooftop patio was our favorite feature as you enjoy panoramic views of Lucerne. Hands down the best experience. Highly recommend. Communication with the host was...

"The appartment was too small for three people. Elevator was not working, nobody came to fix it. There was no explanation about how the elevator worked, and there was no explanation abot the place we had to put the rubbish when leaving. It would have been nice to have air conditioner, because weather was hot."
