"The room was absolutely FANTASTIC. The staff was above par from the minute of walking into the lobby. Ingrid and Megan had the best customer service in today’s world. You don’t see thanking customer service anymore. They deserve a raise! And I also can’t say enough good things about the room. They are huge and spacious… and amazingly comfortable!"

"The front desk staff was super friendly. My only concern is the room wasn’t super clean. The pictures online are a bit nicer than the actual space, the rooms are more dated. The wifi wasn’t working which was annoying. The hotel is used for long term stay. Our room had a kitchen and living room it was huge. The cleaning staff could do a better job on cleaning. Not sure I would stay here again. Lots of hotels in area"

"Checked in that room keys weren’t able to get into our room right away. The rooms were OK. Went to take the kids to the pool and it was ice. Cold says it was heated, but it was cold and ended up just leaving and not staying and didn’t wanna give me a refund and his trash pile up everywhere by the dumpsters trash cans, bloody towels all over outside I would not recommend staying here."

"Our stay was okay. The first room we were put it was not clean. The lady at the front desk got us another room. This one was better but the keys to the rooms do not work well at all. I noticed that we were not the only ones with that issue. The kids liked the pool and it was nice. I would say over all it was an average hotel stay. "
