"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was without question the worst hotel experience I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the service was unacceptable. The staff was not only unhelpful, but outright rude and, at times, offensive. We were forced to wait over an hour just to check in, and during that time it became clear that the focus of this property is pushing timeshare presentations—not providing a quality guest experience. We simply wanted a room for the night, not to be pressured into a sales pitch. When we finally got to our room—after climbing stairs because there was no elevator—we were extremely disappointed. The room was outdated, dingy, and unclean. To make matters worse, there was an exposed electrical box that appeared unsafe and certainly not up to code. The billing was just as frustrating. We were overcharged for the room and hit with an additional $40 “resort fee” that was never disclosed upfront—and for amenities we never used. This entire experience felt misleading and poorly managed from start to finish. Between the lack of transparency, the condition of the property, and the treatment by staff, I would strongly advise others to stay away from this hotel."
