It says “newly renovated” but you can clearly see that they painted a bathtub that was rusted. The rooms were poorly painted, the hallways had paint all over the floor, & construction material everywhere. The elevator was down in the morning.

Didn't get what I paid for
Not entirely their fault. Post hurricane trip so my actual reservation was SUPPOSED to be CANCELED. Same owner owns the Motel 6 next door and was able to accommodate me. When my job was EXTENDED, they wouldn't honor the same rate and increased it by ten dollars a night and I HAD TO pay cash because the internet was down. Haven't had cable or internet the entire stay and I'm still here. I feel that even though some things are out of their control, I'm NOT GETTING what I'm paying for. I feel that some kind of compensation is in order. They have been nice otherwise.

Didnt like anything about the property. The lady at the feont desk was extremely racist. She oicked out my girlfriend and i because i am Mexican and she is black. Them proceeded to call the police on of because if we couldn't stay there i wanted my money refunded. She refused and continued to be extremely racist towards me in front of the police

Nightmare in motel 8
We found a part of mariguana by the desk and it probably is still there. Because they don't dust it is very bad. The matresses on both beds you can feel the wood or metal in it old as dirt.dirty bathrooms a big live quarter size spider in toilet. Dusty floors dirty bathtub. Had ring around it. Worst experience I've had in any hotel

I found a few bed bugs. Looked like mildew in the shower. I was workimg nights for a few days, had a do no disturb sign on the door, check out was at 11, and they were knocking on my door at 8am, 9am,and 10 am. Unprofessional in my opinion, and extremely poor condition. Never going back to that disgusting place again.

Awful experience in every possible way. The reviews for this place are clearly fake or stuffed. I filtered for Beaumont but the site booked me in this dump in Port Arthur. I immediately tried to cancel of course hotels.com wouldn't let me. When i arrived the girl said she had no record of my booking and started demanding I give her a card for a new booking. Very very rude. I called hotels.com and after a 20 minute wait they managed to get a fax to go through confirming the booking. The actual stay was similarly awful. Bed was smaller then promised. All the furniture looked like it was cobbled together off Craigslist. They had a washer and dryer in the middle of the lobby. Then they are banging on door at 830 and then every hour asking me if I'm leaving. Awful hotels.com experience, awful hotel.

I booked with hotels.com got there and was told they don't take online payments and if have to pay $66 to stay or wait. After leaving and making other arrangements I asked for a refund after 2 days I wss told the manager said i left and never came back after explaining the situation hotels.com got my refund but I'm having to wait 7-10 days. I do not recommend this hotel.
