"I booked this room for 3 days for my sister who was traveling 12 hours to come here. She had issues and was unable to make until after 10 am the morning after her reservation was supposed to start. The reservation says check out 11, nothing says you have to be there by 2 am.
The website says when you pay your reservation is guaranteed. Well it wasnt. She was stranded. I had to rebook her room. I had to pay more money. I did not get all my money back from the 1st reservation they cancelled. Expedia also told me to call if she wasnt going to be able to check in before 2 am. I called and was told we cant do that either . The man said If you arent here we will cancel! While on the phone i explained that she had car troubles and then was stranded by your hotel. He threatened to cancel her new reservation. I told him i was just trying to make sure she has a room there because i have paid for it 2 times now and the website says our reservation is guaranteed. He said they are NOT CORPORATE, so they dont have to follow those rules. They have the Wyndham name on their sign. Worst experience i have ever had. I will never book another Wyndham property, my sisters room was not guaranteed and my sister was left stranded from 10 am until 3pm after travelling, driving, for 12 hours. No apologies. Nothing. Just threatened to cancel again for asking questions, trying to ensure she had a room. Terrible service. Next time we will book hilton. "
