I liked our room very much, comfortable and spacious for 2 adults and 1 kid. Hotel was quiet. Air conditioning was not the best. At 3pm, when the hot outside is the highest, room was warm even though we set the AC at 18 C degrees and high speed. It never got cool enough. Apart from that, I would stay here again.

Nice hotel, clean, very safe, good value, lovely bed and bedding, great reception staff. Negatives were only regarding housekeeping. Only one washcloth and one hand towel in bathroom for a room with 2 beds.....and we were 2 guests. Housekeeping came in to clean room and then the bathroom had one washcloth and no hand towels. The coffee maker was not cleaned, the trash was not removed, nor was the floor vacuumed. No trash can liners in trash cans which seems unsanitary.

Everything was good except for the parking garage ! Its underground and so narrow! Luckily I was driving a small car! Breakfast Buffet was decent and staff was friendly! Room was clean and modern

They gave me a room on the topmost 24th floor, and I was delighted. However, when I woke up the next day, I discovered that the roof was leaking due to the rain. It was an unacceptable situation. The breakfast option was bad too.
