A ton of construction at the time of this review, so can be a bit confusing getting to the parking lot. Booking said parking was free but we still had to pay for it when we left. Hotel and customer service was very average which was to be expected.

The staff was very nasty and they threatened and disrespected me. An older woman 80 years old came to my face, and told me that a towel was missing from my room. So when I protested, and they quickly rectified their stupid mistakes and told me it was found. These people are evil. Don't go there. It's a very bad hotel. There was no breakfast. But they still say they have breakfast on their site. The hotel is one of the worse that I ever been..

En Terminos Generales Bien , para la tarifa que ofrecen , tienen sus detaller en el comfort de la cama , almohadas algo duras para mi gusto no descansaba amanecia con dolor de cuello , el tema de los amenities , ofrecen cafe gratis y nunca lo pusieron solo te ponian las aguas todos los dias , lo mismo con el jabon te lo cambiaban todos los dias pero el ultimo dia se les olvido.

With the price I paid it was all worth it. Very nice and clean rooms. Highly recommended you to stay here if your on a budget

I did not feel safe and the bed was rock solid as well as the rooms being incredibly tiny. No good water to drink. I ended up canceling my stay halfway through and slept with a family.

The stay
Everything was exellentl. The only thing i dont like is in the morning when they are cleaning the rooms, they move around the beds, and they make a tremendous amount of noice. Other that that, its all good

We have to leave after 2 hours in the room. The room, tv, bathroom, lobby, everything was small and a very bad location.

Our stay was not great there. It was noisy we reported but noises continued. We checked out got to our following destination when my daughter realized she was missing her Mophie charger and 50 pesos that she knew she had left under the pillow on one of the beds. I called them right away same day check out and called them for the next 3-4 days and they kept saying it was never found or turned in and my daughter knows exactly where she left it. Will never stay there again
