The front desk check-in was so quick—we got our room keys in just 5 minutes, no waiting around at all. The room was clean and cozy, with a really comfy bed, and it was quiet too, which was perfect.​ The best part? The service was awesome—every single person in our group thought so. Staff from the front desk to housekeepers were all friendly and ready to help.

There were many notable things about our stay at this hotel. We appreciated the modern facilities, especially the excellent shower and toilet. The beds were comfortable. The lighting in the room was great, as was the thermostat. We also appreciated the shuttle service to the Canton Fair. Unfortunately the staff was not particularly friendly or helpful. Also our sink was backed up the entire stay. Finally the wifi was not strong, which was challenging.
