"No coffee for the coffee maker or creamer. Floor felt gritty my husband wished the doors had security lo k. He said shower had to be held by hand if not the water sprayed all over the bathroom floor making it dangerous. Called front desk several times to get help with the internet no answer."

"The workers were great, friendly and helpful. The room was incredibly small, we had the room with two twin beds. The space between the beds was about a foot. Two people could not stand in that space. Incredibly difficult for two people to maneuver around in."

"The front desk, bartenders and shuttle drivers are the best!! They go out of their way to make everything perfect!! The location is what makes this resort great...the views are awesome. The beach area is nice! The rooms are a bit dated and we did not have hot water the first 2 days... and it wasn't for lack of the staff trying!! They did finally fix it and that helped immensely!! Housekeeping staff was mediocre at best. The food was really good... we would visit again!"

"The building of the hotel has an old fashion Costa Rican vibe, room is clean and basic. Like the garden and the pool. No elevator though. The breakfast was made by a lovely lady in the kitchen right beside the lobby, that give me a feeling of visiting a friend’s home."

"Boyeros has a beautiful courtyard full of mature trees with a lovely pool. The staff works hard to keep the pool skimmed and the grounds maintained. The free breakfast was tipico- Gallo pinto, eggs, plantains, and sweet corn pancakes, with fresh fruit and various baked goods. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The air conditioning works well, the room was clean, and the beds comfy (sidenote: I like a firm bed). It was really nice to be able to book a room with three beds."
