The drawer handles were filled with dust and dirt. I mentioned it twice but they didn’t clean it. The station where the milk and coffee is, was empty. The kettle in. We would use Bridge Cottage again if we visited the area."

Every email was ignored. Had they simply replied before I travelled, I would have cancelled my booking and stayed elsewhere. Instead, I travelled to the property alone with four suitcases, only to be told on arrival, "We don't allow...

"Propre, déjeuner correct Seul problème: la communication compte tenu du fait que nous arrivions à une heure plus tardive. Malgré tout, le séjour a été ok."
