Staff are very good and I would highlight many enjoyable interactions I had with the cleaning staff and also in the restaurant. "The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet restaurant had a good range of options and wasn’t too busy even at peak times. There was a bit of a shortage of beds around the pool and people were leaving towels from 7am and then disappearing for half the day which doesn’t help. The other bars and restaurants in the complex were good and the prices were very reasonable. The location of the Hotel is very central but not too noisy. We would visit again."

"Great first impression, lobby is beautifully presented and smells lovely, check in nice and relaxed with seats and drinks! Room was fantastic, very spacious, great sea view (especially at sunrise!), comfy and large bed, clever and well thought out controls. Breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious, lots of options every night with different themes giving plenty of variety, and always some plain options for picky eaters Pool and bar/grill area was great, with more tasty food and gorgeous views over the beach. Hydrothermal circuit in the spa was lovely and relaxing, we particularly liked the recommended order to help those less experienced get the most benefit, and the pool had so many different features that gave massage-like experiences. All staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and spoke good english"

"It was a great experience, 9/10, but the only down fall was no ac and the fact the fan was tiny and didn’t help with the heat. The property overall is beautiful from check in even though it’s on a sketchy looking street. The room itself is pretty mediocrce. It made me feel like I was taking a vow of poverty. The room had the bare minimum of amenities but was tolerable if you brought your own things. The staff went above and beyond everything. They were extremely kind and helpful despite a small language barrier."

"Very good hotel. Clean, spacious, and situated on the beach front. Room was clean, fresh and has amazing views out over the beach and sea. Breakfast is good quality and the despite the roof top pool being small their were enough beds around it (September) i'd imagine in the summer its quite busy up there. The general area around the hotel is ok, few shops for drinks, snacks etc but you will have to walk or travel out for decent food if it is not included. McDonalds and Burger King is around a 20 minute walk for example if you have kids."
