Fantastic location for our holiday, our check in couldn’t have been better! Such lovely staff! Being winter, the heated pool was a godsend! We definitely would have preferred more signage to rooms as it is a bit of a maze. Our apartment was beautifully cleaned, bed comfy and useful kitchen equipment. Just returned from a week at the resort. We stay half board in bungalow close to the hotel reception. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. I have been here 4 times and this hotel just keeps getting better. I noticed more improvements this year. Supplying shower gel, upgrade your all inclusive to premier to get branded drinks. New sunbeds around the pool, welcoming drinks or shots at dinner depending on the theme night. The hotel is always clean, the staff are lovely & efficient. They will help you no matter what or if you have a problem. The food was amazing & not repetitive. This is a wee gem of a place.

We had a fantastic time at the Royal Suites Hotel from the minute we arrived to the moment we left. The staff were faultless from arrival at reception, through to the catering team, cleaners (restaurant and room) and especially the Animation entertainment team who genuinely made our stay.
