"Die Unterkunft ist leider nicht wirklich ausgeschildert, wir haben sie beinahe nicht gefunden. "Location and apartment were on point. You could walk less than 5 minutes to the Mestre Centre, about 15 minutes to Venezia Centre train station and across the road (2 mins walk) was the bus station taking you to Venice and other routes. The room we stayed in easily accommodated 5 sleepers and had two bathrooms, which was very useful. The staff overseeing yeh studios were friendly and available. Always responding to any queries. Really enjoyed our stay. "

"Não tem café da manhã no local, o que tem é uma parceria com uma lanchonete que te dá um café e uma opção de algo para comer. Pra mim, que como muito e tenho muita fome, foi péssimo, pois eu sempre filtro hospedagens com café da manhã incluído. Acabei não me atentando ao detalhe devido ao filtro. Essa lanchonete é uns 5 minutos caminhando e de frente para o ponto de ônibus que te leva ao aeroporto, o que é positivo. O lado negativo é que eles vendem bilhete para o ônibus, mas só com dinheiro;...

"Reception doesn't work if you don't call before. I booked in the morning and arrive at 3:00 pm, but must wait for owner for 3 hours. The number od phone registered at hotels.com is from secretary inside the apartment and is not always available because there is not always anyone. At first day told me I booked with breakfast, last day told me it wasn't booked with breakfast and thats gift for us."

"It was as good as expected. I prefer modern and clean instead of rundown and historic. That’s why I didn’t stay in the center of Venice and have chosen a respectable spot around train station. The staff was very helpful. Especially the gentleman was extremely polite and took his time to explain what we might needed to know. However, we left our luggage in the hotel to pick it back up, with the haste of the moment, the gentleman didn’t provide us a ticket for the luggage. He was busy grabbing us some water. We thought that wouldn’t be a problem. When it was time to pick our luggage, the gentleman was not there, but the lady who has seen the interaction made a big deal out of it. I understand this is for security reasons, but even though we have explained that they were the ones didn’t provide the ticket. She insisted that it was our fault to lose the ticket and we were lying. She didn’t say we were but made us feel and acted in the way you know how. This was the only downside so far. "

"This is our first time in a camp ground and we love the concept. Everything we need is available. When we come back we are definitely staying here again. The check-in process was flawless. The staff is very professional and kind. Having access to laundry, groceries, restaurant, and being able to walk safe in the area is very important to us. The water in the shower could be a little hotter, but other than that we are very satisfied with the place. "

"This place is amazing for college aged people wanting to travel! The girls in my room were all 18-22 and the room and bathroom was incredibly clean. Way cleaner than any hostel I’ve ever seen. At night I went to the silent disco which was a bunch of people dancing. A lot of fun and you got to go upstairs to bed whenever you were done! Never thought I could actually like a hostel "
