"The hotel does not have adequate temperature control and it was 80 degrees in our room all night long. We called the front desk and asked for them to fix the AC. They changed our room but it had the same problem. Essentially the unit would not cool past 26C. Way to hot for a luxury hotel. What was worse was they tried to gaslight us in saying that it takes up to an hour after checkin to have the AC work. After three hours it was still warm and had actually gone up. Hotel staff can’t control it because it’s outside the property. If you wanna a quit a space to stay It’s definitely not a good option. And a lot of mosquitos. "

"Lovely hotel, and great position. However Wifi was not good if you need to work using the usualy Western programs. My Room, although non smoking had a stale smoke smell to it, and even though the room had A/C, the temperature was set centrally, and you could not adjust it on a room by room basis! "
