"The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the pool, they gave me towels for both pool and beach, free bottled water everyday, it was just so convenient! As for the room, I got the King with the “Gulf View”. It was actually a full view of the parking lot and if you go to the corner of the balcony, you might be able to see the Gulf through the palm trees. So if you’re thinking of paying extra, understand the view isn’t much of a Gulf View at all. Also, they only have USB charging outlets. So, I had to walk across the street to Walgreens to buy a USB charging cord. Room not very updated, in my opinion. It also didn’t have a full body length mirror. Odd for a resort, I thought."
