"We are waiting for the transfer company to take us back to the Cancun airport. Had a great time. The king deluxe room fit our needs well. Didn't stay in the room much since discovering the island was so much fun and lots to do. A golf cart was necessary for our adventures. Room was cleaned every day, breakfast was yummy, and we slept like babies. The roof top dipping pool and sunning area was cool. Beach access across the road was nice, too. "The location is good 5 minutes walk from the city center and 10 minutes from the beach. The hotel is very quiet, looking good but not maintained has it should be. Staff are not present, rarely there is receptionist and you have to call them if you need anything. We didn’t have any towels when we arrived and my bed sheets were dirty. No safe in the room and dishes were in bad shape."
