"I didn’t have high expectations, but my experience ended up being breathtaking. From the moment you drive in from the road to the hotel, the view is absolutely gorgeous. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect walking distance to everything we needed, especially the Xcaret Park, which was super convenient and easy to get to. Everyone was very helpful, and the food was quite good. We especially enjoyed the buffet, and the lines were never too long. The only downside was one day when the electricity went out, making the room extremely hot and humid. Other than that, everything was nicely done, and we had a great time."

"The staff is super friendly and energetic. Food was good especially de restaurants. Beach was beautiful and the pools were always clean. Room was always cleaned well. We loved the entertainment. The hotel is pretty and big and although the hotel was fully booked it never felt too crowded or overwhelming. Bar staff was also nice and are happy to serve a variety of drinks. "
