"The front desk check in was terrible. We have been coming to this property twice a year for four years and have never had to wait until 6:30 pm to check in. All they had were excuses and never even apologized. Even after I suggested any apology. They did not tell us at check in that the elevator policies had changed and you need to use your room key for each floor. We thought that the elevator was broke as did the other 50 people waiting in line. The cleaning staff seemed bothered when I asked...
