"The cabin was okay, just like camping g but with AC."

"The hotel had lots of outdoor amenities that seemed beautiful. Unfortunately due to weather we were not able to partake in them, making the room more important. Ended up with a lousy view of the roof of the adjacent attached building. Warning to Hilton Honors members, due to booking through Expedia you do not receive any points for the stay or any additional consideration."

"Everything was just okay. Looked smaller and more dated than the pictures. The biggest issue was I ended up with large charges from the family who previously stayed in our room. Staff was notified and they assured me it would be taken off. However, it cleared my bank account next day and it took a week after we got home to get our money back. Other than taking off the charge that wasn’t ours to start with, the staff did absolutely nothing to resolve the situation. "

"After we checked out they charged my CC for $7.49 for a wash cloth they said was stained which is ridiculous. Afterwards my wife starting checking other reviews on other sites and low and behold this is a common practice this hotel uses because most people won’t go back after them. Wrong with me. My CC company took care of this and I contacted their corporate office for such a despicable practice. No more Best Westerns for us. Don’t stay there."

"Got a handicap room. Brought our dog. $75 fee for him. The staff was super friendly. The property and room was very clean. Everything worked. Great stay "

"Breakfast was good, they continued to monitor the levels of everything and made sure the supply met the demand. Staff was friendly. The hotel over all was much cleaner than expected. We were very impressed and will make it our go to hotel when in the area. Also, found out it’s a pet friendly hotel for anyone traveling with pets. We didn’t have one with us but it’s good to know so we can bring Fido with us next time and safe the cost of boarding. "

"The stay was amazing! With the stay they offer kayaks and paddle boarding and outside near the pool have a fire pit! They have breakfast that was great and the staff was definitely amazing and very nice. Elizabet made the stay even more memorable and amazing! She immediately made a good impression as soon as I walked in before I was checked in! She made sure everything was to our liking and she was really sweet and nice! I’ll definitely be coming back! "

"Rooms were decent and clean enough. Property overall is just very outdated and rundown; the lobby and restaurant that doubles as the breakfast area are all in need of updating. Food offerings were very limited and not appealing. "
