"The condo and location were absolutely beautiful. The only reason it didn’t rate a 5 star is because of the check-in hiccup. As per the Condo instructions if you arrive after 5:00, the front desk is closed. We reached out in advance of our arrival, per their instructions and spoke to the front desk letting them know in advance that we would arrive around 10:00 pm. They said no problem and shared where our keys would be located and how to enter.
Upon our arrival the keys were not where we were told they’d be and the front desk and front doors were locked. We were exhausted from traveling and just wanted to get to our room. We had to call the main number and they were able to get us our keys. It was just disappointing to have to deal with missing keys that late at night especially for the price we paid for the condo.
Aside from this hiccup, and the large dead flowers in the middle of the living room the place was wonderful and the condo beautiful."
