"Th owner and the staff are the best!!! Really attentive and looking into ensuring every guest has the best time possible. All of them nice and caring. The owner goes beyond in making sure gusta are having a nice time, even sharing part of her culture etc. rooms are great and dinner was excellent. Location wise is a beautiful spot, but bear in mind this is 30 to 40 mins away from Yangshuo near Xingping ancient town. Great for hiking and an exploring the nature surrounding the hotel. "The room was beautiful with an amazing view. The staff was beyond nice and accommodating. They even spoke English. The food was ok. The french toast was really good. Only comment I would have is for the kitchen to serve one table at the same time. We had two occasions where we already finished diner while our daughter was still waiting for her food. But don’t let that hold you back. Amazing place!"

"Basically the hotel was in charge to clean our clothes. They said that they took out clothes for a laundry company and in the end my I lost more than 200€ in clothes, because it shrink a lot. When I went to them with my clothes they said my clothes went to a lady to clean it manually. I felt betrayed to be honest and also I felt they didn’t respect my belongings.
