"Dies vorweg: Das Personal war superfreundlich, eifrig, bemüht und hochmotiviert!
Leider scheint jedoch die Kette dahinter kein gesteigertes Interesse zu haben, dass das alte Landhotel Betz auch weiterhin ein Drei-Sterne-Superior-Haus ist. Meiner Einschätzung nach profitiert man bislang lediglich noch von alten guten Bewertungen und Erfahrungen.
Jedoch muss es frustrierend sein, wenn so vieles nicht mehr in Schuss ist und sich die Gäste beschweren. Der Pool bräuchte dringend eine...
