Not the best service but convenient location

Very difficult to contact the hotel before booking. I tried to reach them by phone and email. They answered my email 2-3 days later and gave me only about 1 hour to see their email and respond. Although another customer has written that they accommodate a later arrival (after 8pm) if you notify them, but that was not my experience. They didn´t want to wait for us nor leave the keys for us. First time in my life. They don´t speak English well either. Positive point is that it is conveniently near the autobahn.

Undvik
