"Beautiful location with stunning views, however the opening times for the pool amenities is poor and the rooms are NOT soundproofed as advertised, myself and my partner were doing adult things and had 2 phone calls from reception thanks to a miserable neighbouring guest,but the staff were so understanding and lovely about it, I would also like to give a special mention to the staff at the top bar who were also really lovely and even insisted on giving us a £1 to have another game of pool even though we had money, him and the chef lad were lovely, and those pastries we bought on the way out were sooo nice too!"

"Lovely hotel but Manor House rooms not on a par to the Celtic Manor Also £13.50 a day cheapest parking hurt Lovely breakfast and use of main hotel but next time I will stay in the Celtic Manor and only stay one night not 3 as nearly £40 to park my car when staying 3 nights plus that car park is a fair walk as it was raining has put me off staying longer again"

"Absolutely amazing hotel! Modern, spotlessly clean and such a lovely place to stay. The staff at reception are fantastic, and the manager in particular is so friendly, welcoming and always goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. We now regularly stay at this hotel because of the excellent service and the way we’re always made to feel so welcome. Nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend this hotel — you definitely won’t be disappointed with your stay! ❤️"

"Safe secure parking for motorbikes. Room was comfortable, shower a tad noisy. But the staff, the food, the beer all great, and the live music on Sunday was fantastic..... Will be back!"

"Lovely hotel, and we got it for an excellent price! What a great little find and perfect for what we needed! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Loads of free parking. Big room with two large single beds, walk in shower, all good 👍"
